1. General Provisions The personal data controllers pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") are:

For the provision of servicing (mounting, tire changing): Tomáš Pour, ID No.: 70085307, with his registered office at Dvouramenná 450/9, 140 00 Prague 4. (Hereinafter jointly or individually referred to as the "Controller").

3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing The Controller processes personal data (name, surname, address, e-mail, phone number) for the purpose of:
Processing orders for goods and fulfilling the purchase agreement by Tire&Wheel s.r.o.
Booking and providing servicing by Tomáš Pour (self-employed).
Necessary communication with the customer.
Fulfilling legal obligations (especially accounting and tax regulations).
4. Data Retention Period
Data necessary for fulfilling the agreement and handling potential claims are retained for 3 years from the termination of the contractual relationship.
Data listed on tax documents (invoices of the s.r.o. and documents of the self-employed person) are retained for 10 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.
5. Recipients and Subcontractors Personal data is only transferred to the following necessary partners to ensure the operation of the website, accounting, and order processing:
Webnode AG (operator of the system on which this website runs);
Shoptet a.s. (operator of the e-shop system to which the website may link);
Carriers (e.g., Česká pošta, Zásilkovna) – solely for the purpose of delivering goods;
Fakturoid s.r.o. (provider of the accounting and invoicing system);
Providers of analytical tools (Google Analytics) in anonymized form.
6. User Rights Under the GDPR, the customer has the right to:
Access and rectify their data.
Erasure of data (unless this contradicts the legal obligation to retain accounting documents).
Object to processing.
File a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
7. Security The Controller declares that they have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data against misuse (password access security, encryption, antivirus protection).
These Rules become valid and effective as of June 7, 2026.
