When faced with a motorcycle tire puncture, one may feel indecisive about how to resolve the situation. Here, I've developed a manual based on instructions from a leading tire manufacturer.

How to fix a flat tire?
The repair should always be done from inside the tire, by applying a patch with vulcanizing solution.
Maximum speed after tire repair?
After repair, the tire loses its prescribed speed rating, and the maximum allowable speed is 130 km/h.
Using a repair plug
Repairing with a plug is ideal only as a temporary fix. The effectiveness of the repair depends on the type of tire.
The size of the reparable defect.
The maximum size of a defect for repair is 6.5mm; if the damage exceeds this dimension, the tire must be replaced.
Sealing using a liquid sealant
Liquid puncture repair kits are entirely unsuitable. The solution is very aggressive on the inner surface of the rim.
Repairable part of the tire
Tire repair is only possible in case of a defect on the tread. If the defect is on the sidewall of the tire, repair is not possible.
The time it takes to repair a tire
The time it takes for the repair, including the removal and subsequent reinstallation of the motorcycle wheel, is approximately 1 hour.

The price of tire repair, including the removal of the motorcycle wheel, is up to 990 CZK. Not for Chopper motorcycles.
When using a liquid sealant for sealing, there is an aggressive reaction on the surface of the rim.
The liquid sealant, once applied inside the tire, never dries, so the volume of the circulating liquid remains thick in consistency.
After a certain period, the sealant spread inside the wheel starts to react aggressively with both the tire's color and the aluminum rim
After mechanically cleaning off the "deposits," there is oxidation throughout the circumference of the rim, with depths of up to 2mm.
